It's apparently like the American release but with 2 new bonus features: a TBS Monday Road Show version of the film that clocks at 91 minutes and has famous Japanese actors dubbing and another where Jodie Foster talks about the film. None of these are in any other edition. I'm surprised it hasn't been mentioned yet.
