Problem with pre-order notifications list - Blu-ray Forum

For some time, I've been maintaining a pre-order notifications list, but I've come across what appears to be a bug (but may be something I'm missing).

On checking my list, I noticed that the title 'Alice Doesn't Live Here Anymore' seemed to have disappeared. I know I added it quite a long time ago. Anyway, I did a search for the US entry and it came up with the message that it is already in the list!

So if it is still in the list, why is it not being displayed?

(I have a feeling this may not be the only "missing" title, although I haven't tried to do a systematic check of this yet.)

Can anyone suggest what might be wrong?

Edit on 16th December:

'Catch-22' is another example that is apparently still in the list but not being displayed.

Also, I've just tried to add 'Slaughterhouse-Five' to the list. It is telling me that it has been added, but it's not appearing in the displayed titles.

This message may be off-topic, but I can't find any other way to communicate with Blu-ray.com's staff except by this forum. The problem is that I have not received a Pre-Order Notification since I can remember, although there are a number of discs on my Notifications page that have been released. I've checked my settings and my e-mail address is correct and activated. Can you determine what's wrong? Many thanks.
