I'm not sure if a thread already exists for this, but I would hope we can create a Sticky for the topic.

I want an Australian discussion thread on all things 4K home releases in Australia as we don't seem to have a dedicated place for this that isn't in the U.S. forums. This way we can all share information exclusive to our country.

John Carpenter Catalogue UHD's

With the recent announcement that majority of John Carpenter's back catalogue is getting the UHD treatment, I wanted to see what everyone else thought on the possibilities for the Australian releases.

I posted a community message on the Studio Canal Facebook page 2 days ago asking if Australia will see any of the home releases of the UHD's and they said that Escape from New York definitely will be getting an Australian release, but they couldn't yet comment on The Fog, They Live, or Prince of Darkness.

Anyone know if we are getting Halloween '78 like the rest of the world?

Yeah nah, we generally have individual threads for releases, and as Davidian pointed out, there is an entire subforum for general discussions
