Very interested to see this movie. Shame the German and Spain versions do not offer English subtitles. Hopefully it gets a UK release or otherwise I just need to get the upcoming US release that will propably be region locked.

If cost isn't a consideration, there are two Korean editions that have english subtitles and are region free (there are two different slipcovers):

They are both beautiful editions, but i would understand not wanting to spend $40+ dollars.
I also spotted a couple on ebay that might be cheaper than retailers.
