Default Need a bit of PS3 Help. Well, quite a lot.

So I brought my PS3 from my own house home to that of my parents, to amuse myself a bit in the mornings - and I forgot the TV at home is only the basic cables, i.e., yellow video, and white/red audio. But my PS3 is set on HDMI. Basically, what it comes down to is that I need someone to guide me through the steps to the Display Settings (bear in mind I cant see anything on the screen) and through direction, tell me how many times to press down, 'X', etc - so I can see out of my TV. Thanks in advance.

It is a 40 GB, 2.1fw if that matters.
