Anyone else having circular scratches on their anime discs lately?

Kaiju no Kami Banned Member since:Jun 2016	Anyone else having circular scratches on their anime discs lately? I tried to take a picture to show you what I mean, but I can't get the lighting to show the scratches on camera. I recently acquired Sailor Stars and Saiyuke on Blu-Ray and the last disc to Stars and second disc to Saiyuke to each show have these backwards C shaped scratches on them. I say they are like backwards C shaped because they stop at the center disc hole. How is something like that even possible?
