BBC contact info? - Blu-ray Forum

Hello - I purchased Blue Planet/Planet Earth II on UHD for black friday. Unfortunately BBC thought it would be a good idea to stack the discs. My Blue Planet discs 1,2,and 3 have major scratches. Does anyone know a good contact email for BBC to see if they will exchange them? I don't want to return the whole set because Planet Earth's discs are good..

Where did you buy them?

It's usually MUCH easier to do an exchange with a retailer, as long as you bought from a retailer with reasonable exchange policies, like Amazon.
