Default AVR147 vs 810?

I am trying to get rid of 710.

Need receiver for MPCM for 5.1 on hd movies with bluray as 710 only gives me 2 CH PCM not Multi-PCM

whats better for my configuration, I want a MPCM that can handle 5.1 on A2 and S301 players.

Harman Kardon AVR147 Home Theater <200 watt> Price- 300.00
5 x 40W 5.1-Channel A/V Receiver With HDMI™ Switching

SOny 810 (660 watt)- price 349.99

Or will the AVR147 be too little wattage? I want to get rid of 710.

My setup:
TV: 65" Toshiba DLP 65HM167- 1080P
DUAL FORMAT SUPPORTER
HD: Toshiba HD A-2 (2.7)
Blu-Ray- Sony BDP-S300 (3.3)
Receiver- Sony 630W 6.1-Ch. A/V Home Theater Receiver (Model: STR-DG710)
Speakers-Sony - 8" Bookshelf Speakers (Pair), Sony - 5-1/4" 2-Way Bookshelf Speakers (Pair), Sony Dual 5-1/4" 2-Way Center-Channel Speaker | Sub- JBL 12" Studio L8400P 600-Watt
Rocketfish Universal Wireless Kit for-
Sony - 5-1/4" 2-Way Bookshelf Speakers
