If if the same transfer as the French Blu (which I have, & I don't see why it wouldn't be), then it will look very nice. It looked really good when it was on Film Four as well.

I wish someone would release the 1925 version on Blu-ray.

The 1925 version comes as an extra with the French release. I haven't looked at it, but I've read that it's unrestored & in a pretty rough state.

It's supposedly being released in the US by Flicker Alley later this year

In the 1925 version a dinosaur destroys The Blue Posts in Soho, one of my regular haunts.

If it does turn out to be region B locked you can always buy the French release, that's multi-region & no forced subs.

101 don't carry any extras on their releases even when they're available, so I wouldn't hold out much hope on this one.

Still, what extras are really worth having. The film's the thing. A good transfer & I'm happy these days.

Any Extra`s that`s been released before on any format would have been nice. Luckily I still have my S.E Dvd.

It is a shame that it is not subtitled SDH!

Is the German Blu same as the others? Looks like it has the 1925 version on DVD as an extra, too.

The Blu-ray disc from 101 Films is immaculate, the widescreen image and rich colors stunning. This is the best that “The Lost World” has looked since its initial big-screen run. The only extra feature on the disc, which will play only on all-region or Zone B players, is a chapter menu.

Not entirely correct that 101 Films don't carry any extras. Their Black and their Red label releases actually carry quite abundant extras, including, in many cases, full-length documentary "Making Of..." features

It was, however, correct when the post you are quoting was made back in 2015.
