I have been able to find a DVD release date of February 5, 2008. I guess it got pushed back as before I was seeing early January.
Has anyone seen any info on a Blu-ray release? I really want this movie but I only see the DVD release.

Bill Hunt at The Digital Bits talked about this and said no hi-def released was announced.

The 1080p trailer on the PlayStation Store is quite the teaser. Looks to be a very nice looking high-def movie when/if they actually announce it for Blu-ray.

According to Amazon.co.uk, there's a Blu-ray coming to the UK on March 31. Usually Warner is region-free, too.

I also got information from Warner saying they will release this movie in March 2008 in Holland on Blu-Ray.
No specs yet but I will keep you guys posted.

2 questions

1. Is WB the one who is the distributor in these regions. if so, thats very, very intresting.

2. is there an hd dvd release scheduled?

1. Yes, Warner released that Movie here in Germany

2. Unfortunatley, the DUD`s get that title as well.... hmmm, what about the rumors of Warner switching sides?
Don`t rely too much on an announcement at CES 2008, i have my fingers crossed that it will happen iguess we`ll just wait and see what happens.

TheManRoom has said there is no lossless audio for either format on this release. DD+ on HD DVD and DD for Blu-Ray

Hopefully thats a mistake on their part though.

Doesn't look like it. So, unfortunately, we get the same compressed audio as HD DVD once again.

They have the rear cover art up as well, and it says DD for Blu-ray.

Great movie but I'll be passing if we aren't getting a PCM or TrueHD track
