Who has the rights to these in the US now? I think Starz/Anchor Bay still has the original, but what about the sequel?

Someone on another board said that Brian Yuzna (Bride director) wrote to him saying that the US won't be getting a Blu-Ray of Bride until at least 2014 due to rights issues. There's also some confusion of whether the original is with S/AB or Image.

I have just bought the Bride of Re-Animator Limited Collector's Edition Digibook, can anyone confirm that the English track is LPCM only as I have tried both DTS tracks and they appear to be the Directors commentary.

Yes, the englisch language track is LPCM stereo.

The other two englisch commentary tracks are DTS.
