List of technical issues on Arrow BDs + Replacement Program Information

I decided to start this thread in response to how Shout! Factory has its own thread, I've noticed a lot of problematic Arrow releases lately so I'll list what I have as of now

Bird with the Crystal Plumage, The (initial UK release)
Reason: incorrect aspect ratio and drastically altered color timing
Replacement Program: None
Solution: US/UK 4K Disk

Creepshow 2
Reason: incorrect framing, exposing the optical track information on the left side
Replacement Program: None
Solution: US Disk(though note this release excludes the original mono track which Arrow's release contains)

Donnie Darko 4K
Reason: Frame skipping on most setups for the theatrical cut
Replacement Program: Yes, check arrowfilms.com for more info
How to Identify: Corrected disk has "V2" on the art

Dune 4K
Reason: Playback issues
Replacement Program: Yes, check arrowfilms.com for more info
How to Identify: Corrected disk has "V2" on the art

Hellraiser III: Hell on Earth
Reason: incorrect framing, exposing the optical track information on the left side
Replacement Program: None
Solution: German Disk

Hills Have Eyes, The
Reason: incorrect color timing
Replacement Program: None
Solution: US/UK 4K Disk

House (part of House: The Collection)
Reason: incorrect framing, exposing the optical track information on the left side
Replacement Program: None

House II: The Second Story (part of House: The Collection)
Reason: incorrect framing, exposing the optical track information on the left side
Replacement Program: None

House III aka The Horror Show (part of House: The Collection)
Reason: incorrect framing for the unrated footage, exposing the optical track information on the left side
Replacement Program: None

House IV (part of House: The Collection)
Reason: incorrect framing, exposing the optical track information on the left side
Replacement Program: None

Sweet Smell of Success
Reason: Mono track pitched too low
Replacement Program: None

True Romance 4K
Reason: problematic sync issues for the 5.1 audio of the theatrical cut (also applies to their remastered BD)
Replacement Program: None
Solution: Included 2.0 track is correct

Twelve Monkeys 4K
Reason: repeated footage (also applies to their 2018 BD)
Replacement Program: Yes, check arrowfilms.com for more info
How to Identify: Corrected disk has "V2" on the art
