Oh for a UK release!

S1-4 set listed on Amazon.de for a December 1st release at €45.99.

Although you do get English audio I believe all on screen captions are in German and the audio on previous releases is disappointing.

Unless we get a release here (puzzling why this hasn't yet, Doctor Foster etc has) then it's either this or DVD I suppose!

The German versions are perfectly watchable, and are far preferable to the DVDs...

Presumably season 4 will be available on its own as well.

Comments in other threads here say the end of series captions where they say what has happened to the various characters are replaced with German translations.
