Yes. I can confirm after that "Old Faithful" as it shall henceforth be known is included in the UHD combo pack

The 2007 MPEG-2 blu-ray in all its glory complete with "Heys guys! Have you heard about this new awesome thing called blu-ray!" advert that plays at the start of the disc.
