Hello, I've been having an issue trying to add a bunch of blu-ray titles via the in home disc to digital app on my windows desktop. The movies all come up fine but when I go to add them to cart I receive an "error adding to cart" message. From reading on the interwebs I think the issue is due to me having used the mobile app to scan the bar codes, but then did not convert them as I have met my mobile app limit of 100. So Vudu recognizes all the blu-rays correctly, they just won't add to cart. I called Vudu and they cleared my cart and I uninstalled the disc to digital app on my desktop as well as adobe air and then reinstalled and restarted my PC but neither action helped. Any help would be appreciated.
