creating Movies Anywhere account (from Europe)?

Hi,

I am loacted in Europe and I have a US iTunes account and a US Vudu account with plenty of movies on them.

To access my US Vudu account from my iphone/ipad I have to use a VPN service (Tunnelbear , VPN Express etc). iTunes works without any region blocking.

So it would be good for me to create a Movies Anywehre account to have my Vudu movies being accessible from iTunes.

However I accnot create a Movies Anywhere account from Europe whether I use VPN or not.

That was obviously possible for users from Canada / Europe before but I cannot get it to work now.

Any ideas?
