Is this blu ray region locked? - Blu-ray Forum

It says "locked" but its in faded texted on my screen, does that mean its locked?
Mistakenly bought this version and I hope its region free

If you view the back cover image in the link you provided, it shows only the "B" symbol indicating that it is a region B locked title. The symbol is on the very bottom center of the rear cover.

If you click on the link "Region coding" on each database product you'll find what people have entered about the actual region of said disc and they have found the disc to be B locked.

And no offence to Vilya but going by what the studio/label prints on the cover (or disc for that matter) is not a 100% definitive proof of how the disc is actually coded. There are too many times those have proven incorrect.
