I thought some might be interested in this -

It's kind of funny. Jack Ma, one of the richest men in China and the co-founder of AliBaba, has produced a vanity project film in which he defeats 8 martial arts masters including the real Jet Li, Donny Yen, and Tony Ja. Apparently, it is to promote a yearly specials shopping day that AliBaba has. Ma practices Tai Chi in real life.

It’s still funny though, to see Ma walking into a room and all the women saying to each other “isn’t he cool”, etc…lol

Terrible acting from Jack Ma.

He has one look, or at most two, like Zoolander.

He should look into pursuing a career in another field. Something more boring and business-like. Maybe e-commerce.

I've practiced Tai Chi for almost 20 years, and while I may not be that great, I've been around some very skilled people. I would say Jack Ma's Tai Chi looks fine--he's got the body movement and feel of it down pretty good.

You match that up with high production values, skilled fight choreographers and opponents and it's going to look decent, which it does.

Hey, if you're a multimillionaire with time on your hands, why not do something fun like this?
