Now if only they did more things like this with other series they made in the same time period.

But have to wonder if this includes the 2014 Halloween Special since it is a Complete Series.

I'd say no chance it will include the special. Knowing Warner, this will be a basic repackage that will reuse the 8 discs from the individual sets.

Gonna have to snag this set. Glad I never got the season sets but I actually have only ever seen season one in stores.

I wonder why Courage is getting this special treatment while Dexters Lab and Johnny Bravo only got those season one releases many years ago. I guess Courage was the only one that sold?

Interestingly enough the Johnny Bravo set actually had some special features, whereas Dexter and Courage were bare bones.

I’ve seen imports for Johnny Bravo with the whole series in Season boxsets as well as Ed, Edd n Eddy. Not sure if legit but the Ed, Edd n Eddy ones look identical to the Warner releases on the coverart.

If Cartoon Network doesn't want to air these classic shows on television anymore then why not release them on DVD? Nostalgia sells and everyone loved these shows growing up.

They sometimes appear On Demand, but the real question is like what was asked earlier. Why is it just Courage The Cowardly Dog that they actually want to get DVD sales from when they have all of these other shows they can profit from? There’s many shows that never even got a DVD release or only appeared on those Holiday DVDs they used to make.

My guess, during the perfect opportunity for good DVD releases like Season sets, they chose to do these cheap Volume and Holiday DVDs rather than like really sell the series. Then they waited for the time when those fans of those late 90s to early 2000s grew up and only hardcore fans bought them with Courage being the only one that did well.

Nostalgia can sell, but only when marketed properly.

If its anything, I do have a group dedicated to getting Warner to sublicense the CN catalog to Shout! Factory:

Yes, those were real. Those were only released in Thailand by MVD Company Limited, along with many other cartoons of that era. I am still looking for those box sets, as they are slightly higher in resolution (PAL), do you remember where you saw them?

This dropped to $31.32. Even for DVD, that’s still a steal for 4 seasons. Ordered.

Saw them on Amazon. Also I think I remember seeing releases by Madman and I know they’re legit.

Yes Madman has also release some things. But only a few seasons here and there, no full series unfortunately. MVD is the only company that has released full series, aside from Dexter's Laboratory, Powerpuff Girls and now Courage the Cowardly Dog. Let's hope this is the beginning of full line-up of 90's cartoons releases!

Might grab this one as I only have Season 1. But I would be way more interested in a complete series of Johnny Bravo.

I will definitely pick this up as I was about to purchase the single collections recently. Hopefully the DVD's aren't stacked on top of each other in the case. Now I just wish Cow and Chicken would get a complete collection.

I haven’t seen those stack sets from Warner since those Cartoon Network 4 series sets that have like Johnny Bravo, Courage, Ed, Edd n Eddy and Dexter’s Laboratory in 1 set which is funny that they called it the Hall Of Fame Collection when Ed, Edd n Eddy never got the Hall Of Fame Season release(a couple of regular Season Sets but not re-released into the Hall Of Fame style release) so they just used 1 of the DVD Volumes.
