Is anyone else having issues ordering on JB Hi-Fi's website?
Was trying to order the Spider-Man Trilogy (Limited Edition) which says it's in stock. When I click on Confirm and Pay, it gives me this message: "The status of an item in your cart has changed. An item in your cart may no longer be available." I've tried using their online contact us form but haven't had any response from JB. I've cleared cookies, changed browsers etc but still the same. I've ordered from them many times before so not sure what the problem is. |

What web browser are you using? I had that problem during the last sale, when using Palemoon. I only managed to place an order, by switching to a different web browser (Chrome).

I'm using chrome. I've ordered from them heaps and never had this issue before. I did notice they changed there order page, so maybe that has something to do with it.

I had a lot of trouble yesterday placing an order... mostly when it came to payment and got a message saying the status of th contents of my cart had changed.
Finally got the order through but woke up this morning to find I had TWO orders for the same thing (and two charges via Paypal). Problem has been fixed by customer service (I hope) but things really have gone awry with JB Hi-Fi since they changed the cart system a few weeks back. |

From an email from JB:
1) If you are using a smartphone or tablet please try using the Google Chrome app to make the purchase. 2) If you have access to a desktop or laptop computer please try making the purchase with the Google Chrome or Internet Explorer browsers. 3) Delete all items in your cart and log out of your JB account and then log back in. You should be able to start again with no issues. This still doesn't work for me. |
