jmrgoodr Member Member since:Jun 2016	Despicable Me 3 4K disc will nt play on Phillips BDP7501 Hi all....so I sent a copy of this 4K blu-ray disc, never played to an eBay buyer and they are having issues saying that the Universal logo appears and then nothing, it just goes blank. I wondered if any of you have ever seen something like htis and what you might recommend? Many thanks!
