I opened my eight boxes from Zavvi and saw I had two copies of Minority Report. I knew I'd only ordered one so I checked the order numbers on the boxes and they'd sent me an extra one of those rather than Raging Bull

I contacted them on Live Chat as I felt it was quicker and I've got to send the incorrect item back and then they'll send me Raging Bull. Not an issue, but it's hassle on my part. They must've come in together and they didn't check when packing my order
