SATA to USB ? - Blu-ray Forum

Hi - I have a Samsung SN-506BB which is a slim, internal blu-ray drive. The connector to it is a "slimline" SATA.
I have no laptop/computer in which I can install the drive unit. Is it possible, with some sort of adapter, to convert the SATA port to USB, and simply plug it into my computer?
