I haven’t bought a lot of German steelbooks recently, but do they mostly support English text on the J-cards nowadays?

Never. Jcards are always in german. Steelbook are english from to to time

I get the steel having English, especially if it’s a shared run. So this mock-up for the card is wrong?

No... the front could be english, but the back will most certainly be in german

Gladiator is not English, it is Latin and the same word is used in German, Limited Edition is a commonly used term in Germany and Steelbook is a product name by a Danish company?!
