I'm happy, but now that it happened it's not a great as I thought it would be. Maybe it's the part about waiting until may.

Very happy. I was never in doubt. I was angry that Paramount sold out, but with Blu-ray still outselling HD DVD software, I knew there was hope. This is just the final nail in the coffin. Funny how so many people thought the announcment would come AFTER CES... including me.

Well May is when WB go BD only. We'll still get BDs from WB until then. It's also a grace period for HD-DVD fanboys to wake up from fainting and start thinking about getting a BD player.

Maybe somebody should do another poll on how many HD-DVD players and titles will be on sale on E-Bay in the next 24 hours?

The industry saw this coming it was a no-brainer! I think if it was Universal the excitement would've been greater.
