Damn that is a shame. I guess everybody is getting off the Titanic after it has hit the Iceberg.

Exactly the effect I anticipated. The media is who really put the dagger through the heart of HD-DVD. Warner's decision was a big blow, but it's the world media's "War is over HD-DVD looses and Blu-ray wins" that has really dealt them the death-blow.

Now pretty much nobody will buy HD-DVD discs. Only existing die-hard customers will buy any and that will be new releases.

Already released titles will go headfirst into the sales-abyss.

Now HD-DVD is TRULY dead as no customer has any confidence in them anymore.

Me too, but not this quick! Damn!

Now I wonder how quick Uni will follow suit, or at least go neutral!

And then paramount will be stuck with their contract...LOL
