Not trying to have anyone panic, but just wondering about a few things and what everyone thinks.
Now that Disney is on its way to having a monopoly, how is this going to impact smaller companies that sublicense films? Twilight Time is going to stop with MGM films, but they did still have FOX and Sony, but once Disney owns the FOX properties, will TT only have Sony films? Also, what happens to MGM as FOX has handled their catalogue titles? Then there is Kino which pretty much makes its bread and butter from MGM and FOX. What happens there? Surry they have a few lesser known Disney titles, but will Disney give them titles higher on the food chain? What does everyone think? |
