Random TV Episodes Occasionally Dissappearing

I bought Perfect Strangers Complete Series about 1 month ago which contains 150 episodes. The issue is that sometimes the episode count drops to 148. This issue also happened in other TV shows in my iTunes library even with shows purchased as separate seasons. A reboot of my Apple TV 4k or just doing nothing an letting it sort itself out temporarily fixes the issue but it can happen again a few days later. I'm not using the Apple TV's TV app to watch TV shows. I have to be careful that when an episode ever goes missing, that the missing episode is not the next episode because I don't want to skip an episode. Even after the 12.0 OS update it still happens on my Apple TV 4k.
