The son is a gamer. Some years back we paid sixty or so bucks for his first pair when he started gaming. I don't recall the brand.

The associate suggested suggest we get the extended warranty which we did.

Since then, he's gone through three or four headphones. We use the warranty for the replacement and purchase another warranty for the new one.

It is so worth it!
