Yeah, to be honest I'm sick and tired of reading the same crap on an endless cycle of 6 or 7 sites just waiting for more dominoes to fall.

Time to go to the gym and get on with life!

Doesn't matter to me.

All I know is that this news is making HD DVD supporters completely flip out. A lot of the threads are entertaining to see how much denial they are in.

"I'm going back to buying DVDs. I'll NEVER support Blu-Ray!"

"VOD is the future. It will completely destroy high def media, including Blu-Ray"

"I hate region-encoding. I hate incomplete Profiles. I hate that there is no web-interactivity. I hate the high prices of Blu-Ray players. I hate Sony."

Keep it coming red-ants.

What were those 5 stages of grief again??
1. Denial and Isolation
2. Anger
3. Bargaining
4. Depression
5. Acceptance

... it's going to be a while.

It's the seminal event in this war. I'm hoping for a quick Universal, Paramount, Target, BB, CC, Walmart followup.

Since as of late I have had some run ins with a few hd dvd lovers and the sadistic part of is really enjoying they're misery.

I guess it's like condeming a guy to death by electric chair but only zapping them with a taser till they die. lol

If you're so sick of Blu and hate Sony, then why are you in here? These forums are for people who support blu-ray. If you don't like it, then leave

It's also better than the endless speculation on this forum about Disney and/or Fox jumping ship, just because they read something typed by a sphincter with fingers.

Hey,

I made a new years resolution to ignore HD DUD. Back when SA0CD made is rumor of WB, I got hooked on the Format War and all the threads about it.

I thought I was "over it" and could move on and now ... kaboom!

It's worth it though.

I'm just waiting mostly now for ...

Best Buy Goes Blu
WalMart Goes Blu
Blockbuster dis-continues all HD DUD online rentals

(I'm sure Netflix will keep the DUD-ers going the longest and that's ok. It all happens through the mail and I won't have to even know about it.)
