Default Posting Options - Can I Post a Table?

Like it says on the tin.

I would like to post a simple HTML table in the 4k forum but I can't figure out how. A few web forums I read allow users to post simple tables but I can't figure out how to do that in this forum, assuming you even can.

So.. can I post a simple table and if so how do I do it?

Nope, HTML code is disabled across the forum.

Can you create the table in Excel or another program and then post a screenshot of it?

Thanks for the response. I already have the table in Excel so I might have to. Life wouldn't end if I had to do it that way and I suppose it's actually easier considering it's already done.
