Default Questions About Buying Digital

I'm a blu ray buyer but sometimes there is a film I want that isn't available for my region. I do have movies collected in Vudu from the codes I get when buying physical copies but I rarely watch the digital version. There's a film I want called Banshee Chapter & it's available on Google Play & Youtube for purchase. Is google play & youtube essentially the same? Is it the same video & audio quality? Is it available on both when you purchase from either?

It's also available on Amazon. I submitted the title for the AIV database.

Unfortunately I can't answer your questions regarding Google/YouTube since I've not used them for digital purchases.
