I want to say it was a Chinese produced set, but I don't recall for certain now. I also don't remember if this was a bootleg set or not (I'd lean towards bootleg, especially with some of the reviews complaining of disc rot).

One of the big Transformers sites may have more details, but if it was a Chinese produced set we may not know the actual producer especially if it was a bootleg collection.

That is the Chinese set.. it's a different version of the big cardboard box version I have that came with a transformer and a bag.
