Anyone know anything about the German release of this from Constantin Films?
Are their releases usually decent?
Really eager to see this and don't know of any UK blu release yet.
This one has just been released and wonder how it compares to the US release?
The German blu cover is miles better for a start....

Picture-quality is fine, guess it's the same as the US. Pretty bare-bones though.

Region Free.

German DTS-HD 5.1 and 2.0
English DTS-HD 5.1

"Booklet" with some Cast Information.
No Extras. (Just some Trailers - in German i guess)
No Subtitles.

I'll be putting my copy into a red case, think it will complement the artwork quite nicely.

Going to go ahead and order this. Will watch next weekend when the Mrs. has got a night out. Hopefully will come by then. I had also already thought this would look cool in a custom red case!

Yeah, too bad it doesn't have extras, but that cover is so much nicer than the American/Australian one, plus for me it will be much cheaper and less delivery waiting time.

Just finished watching this, it's uncut thankfully. Some numpty on Amazon.de has labelled it as cut and given it one star

Looks nice in it's red case too, fantastic flick.

Yeah but why label his comment as "cut" and give the product 1*? It will obviously put people off buying it. I didn't read his comments to be honest.

I'm not impressed. In dark scenes, the bitrate often goes lower than 10Mbps, and banding artifacts become clearly apparent. This transfer and encoding job was handled by people who don't give a shit, they should find themselves a new job.
