Default Willy’s Wonderland (2020) - Nicolas Cage

Quote:
a quiet loner (nic cage) finds himself stranded in a remote town when his car breaks down. Unable to pay for the repairs he needs, he agrees to spend the night cleaning willy’s wonderland, an abandoned family fun center. But this wonderland has a dark secret that the “the janitor” is about to discover. He soon finds himself trapped inside willy’s and locked in an epic battle with the possessed animatronic mascots that roam the halls. To survive, he must fight his way through each of them.

Honestly, making this with what looks to be a tone similar to Evil Dead is why this actually looks freaking awesome. If this movie is good, hopefully this will get a pressed disc from Screen Media.

This is the first Cage film in years that I've been enthusiastic about seeing. Looks really fun!

Cage seems like he's trying hard to be a cult b-movie favorite. It's almost like he and Travolta are having a "Face Off" to see who can find the campier roles. This one looks fun enough.

To me, Cage has always been a brilliant cult b- movie performer. Sure, he has acted in plenty of Hollywood flicks, but he has never really been about that agenda. I am a diehard Cage fan, though.

Nicolas Cage is the finest American actor working today.

He definitely has been a goofball on and off screen pretty much since day one. He still had hints of camp even during his A-list building years, like Kiss of Death and obviously Con Air. Enjoy him as an entertainer and his eccentric lifestyle kind of adds to his aura. He obviously made some bad financial decisions over the years and is probably taking a Christopher Walken style approach of not turning down work. But he's probably having fun with these sillier projects.

Looks pretty interesting. Reminds me of Five Nights at Freddy's or the Banana Splits Movie. I'm down to give it a watch

My wife and I are big Nicolas Cage fans and this movie looks like fun. some of his films aren't the best but he is always great to watch. We became even bigger fans when we met him. He was very down to earth and was having a blast with fans (as much as SDCC would let him).

He's been hitting it out of the park lately. Mandy, Color Out of Space, and now Willy's looks like a fun trip.

Hopefully he'll be part of the planned Dunwich Horror adaptation that Richard Stanley is working on. If not, I'll also accept National Treasure 3...

I just finished watching on a Streaming Service, and my honest opinion is this was one of the most boring movies I have recently watched. Nicolas Cage doesn't even talk once in the entire movie, don't know if he's a mute or what as nothing makes sense. Plus every time his Alarm on his watch goes off, he takes a drink of Pop and plays a Pinball Machine. This movie is not even worth $10 to buy on Blu-ray, though some may enjoy it but for me I couldn't wait until the end credits.

Curious about this film but it is concerning that Nicholas Cage has no dialog. Will he be that unhinged to make it worthwhile?

No dialogue at all? What about the Nicholas Cage trademark? Does he give us his usual screaming?
