The majority of my purchases come from Amazon.com and Best Buy.com here in the USA. My number 1 priority is price. BB has on occasion had hiccups, but their customer service has straighten them out. So far I have not done pre-orders.

Let's not forget our international friends. What are your go too sites?

I mostly buy my 4K Blu-rays from Amazon.com but have used Walmart a few times in the past though.

Zoom UK, a small select group of sellers on eBay for US releases and one online shop in my country.

Zoom and HMV in the UK. HMV have a points system which can lead to decent discounts (just spent £50 worth of vouchers this past weekend), and they generally stock pretty well. They also have 2 for £30 deals and I work a 5 minute walk from one. Zoom has 10% discount on RRP.

I'm a little puzzled by Amazon blocking preorders of Disney, Pixar, Star Wars, and Marvel movies -- and the frequency with which some titles are only available to Prime subscribers -- being handwaved away like that.

I still order from Amazon on occasion, but they've lost a lot of their luster for me. I try to support other retailers whenever it makes sense, since the best prices on Amazon are frequently Target, Walmart, and Best Buy being pricematched.

Best buy for its excellent price matching of up to 30 days policy. All day one purchases are from BB, rest depending where ever is cheaper.

Essentially they all suck.

Best Buy used to be the 'Best Buy' but alas not so much anymore and over the past few years they have been shrinking their movie section entirely.....

Target has yet to fully embrace the love for UHD, hence the end cap that holds roughly 40 titles.....(at least at the stores in which I frequent in Atlanta)

Walmart is bi-polar when it comes to them. One day you walk in and there's the basics. Next day they got a shitload of titles within good price ranges.

Amazon is obviously the winner for the most part, even though they still have issues with certain studios on pre-orders and such.

Bottom line, gone are the days of the retailer as we once knew them. Online buying is what it is.....

I used to order all my movies on Amazon, then the Disney thing happened. I started buying Disneys at Target since I have a Red Card, but their shipping is atrocious. I would never get a movie on time. So, I went to Best Buy. I know you need $35 for free shipping for them so I'll wait and pre order multiple movies at once. And now Vudu has started the Disc+Digital with some 4ks now, which has caused me to buy more from them.

I use BB whenever possible. Far better (and more reliable) than any of the others in my experience.

WM sometimes has really good 4k deals. Otherwise I mostly use BB. And of course BB gets most of the steelbooks.

I use Best Buy.com for most of my 4K purchases. I pre-order most of the movies I buy, and they usually get them to me the Friday or Saturday before release day. Customer service in store and onine is less than ideal though (I actually stopped using them for a few months because of shoddy customer service).

Mix of Amazon and Best Buy for me. The occasional Walmart. I have been shopping Best Buy more because they will price match Amazon/Walmart and they are about 2 miles from my house and I get reward points.

The majority of my 4K purchases come from Best Buy in-store, plus steelbook preorders on SW and Marvel. A few from Walmart and Target due to sales or exclusive like Greatest Showman w/slip box & booklet.

Since Amazon became a price follower or matcher, I shun them like the plague. Maybe bought three 4K’s from them in last 2 years.
