I'd pay $30 to see this in the theaters. This looks great. Don't always have to have high brow art every time I go to the movies. Reminds of the '90s when there were a lot of movies like this. A fun silly time.

Newest titles get high priority on UHD, weather they're 2k sourced upconverts, projected to make ends meet, or barely broke even at the box office.

BTW, even though Jim Carrey looks to be doing the best he can with a troubled hot mess, I still think this will under-perform despite the fact 6 months and $$,$$$,$$$ were needed for Sonic's redesign, that also took a US based CG animation studio down with it.

The trailer for this played before my recent viewing of Jumanji: The Next Level. The audience's reaction was...less than kind. I'm sure it'll make a bundle.

I have my doubts if the artwork is the final one as the names of the actors are too close to the UHD banner in my opinion. Paramount often comes with a temp cover artwork quite early, and then the final one around the time of the press release.

Yeah, that cover looks temporary. The HDR sticker is way too close to the title.

I want to support this movie, regardless of the reviews, simply because they listened to fans and revised the look of sonic.
