Default Disney Digital Copy redemption

Hopefully someone can help me and I apologize if I missed a FAQ about this but I just opened my Blu-Ray copy of the Muppet Christmas Carol last night and this is my first time attempting to get the digital copy off of the actual Digital Copy Disc rather than just putting in a code and *viola* it's there.

So I entered the Magic Code on DMR and got the 150 points for the Blu-Ray just fine. Popped in the disc and a very very old looking interface popped up and I entered the magic code again and got an "error" the code is invalid. Tried opening the DVD in iTunes and same thing. Emailed Disney help and was just send a step by step tutorial on how to do what I did. Emailed back and got the same tutorial back. Grrr... Was I not supposed to put in the code on DMR first? That is the only thing I can think I did wrong but any one have ideas of what I might be doing wrong. I have a Digital File Copy from the old Blu-Ray set of the Incredibles I haven't tried to redeem but used the DMR Magic Code long ago, should I expect that not to work either?

I don't have any personal experiance with redeeming a Disney DVD digital copy. Though I've this with other studio's. I'd avoid going through iTunes if you can as these DVD digital copies only give SD versions of the films when done through iTunes.

I'd try redeemdigitalmovie.com, and moviesanywhere.com those may give a better result, or provide links to more helpful people. :-)

Some of WarnerBros films with DVD digital copies I redeemed have redeemed through Vudu giving HD copies.

Which one?

Does the slip look like it does at the 3:21 mark?

I got it from DMR and it didn't have a slipcover but the case looks like the first One except it doesn't have the red border on it.

To my knowledge, all Disney digital copies (code with discs) will redeem sd. The ones I have seen have a separate sheet for the digital code and for the movie rewards (although I am not sure if its the same code or not). Was there another sheet with the movie?
