Maybe this is why it was delisted from Steam recently?

Also from what I'm seeing most everybody else is ignoring the Japan only statement.

That's because SE also put out an English version of the trailer on their North American YouTube channel. Updated the OP to match that.

I already own it on 360 and it's currently not back compat. Not really sure I want to pay for it again. Also weird there's no PC mention yet.

Download only? Lame. Just like with Star Ocean 4 Remaster, which should've had a disc.
