Default WB Rampage 4k no digital slip inside

First time for me, no digital code slip inside my 4K Rampage. I've not dealt with this yet. Anyone else have to contact WB or can advise me?

I had this happen with my new Ultimate Edition of How The Grinch Stole Christmas.

Go to: https://www.warnerbros.com/customer-service and start a support ticket.

They'll have you snap a picture of your movie case with a post-it with the ticket number on it, and then they should send you a code. Went really smoothly for me, but it is rather annoying when they leave the code slip out.

This happened to me over black friday. Contacted them via email. Had to send a picture of the movie and case number. They supplied me with a code. Took about 3 hours total and 2 emails.

WB needs new quality control. I've had this happen with 2 other titles of theirs in the past few months. They were quick to give me new ones once I provided photos, but still a bit of a pain.

Same thing happened to me with my copy. I can concur with homevideogeek that WB will ask this very same thing. I got my code send to back to me via email in less then 2 hrs.

Same with my copy of How the Grinch Stole Christmas: The Ultimate Edition.

The Walmart I went to had two copies of this on clearance with a reason of "No digital code". I assumed someone had stolen them, but it doesn't look that way.

Mine did I bought this a week after Black Friday for $10 and no code was inside and WB agave me a 4K code
