Default Cablecard info, please....

I bought my HDTV about a year or so ago, it's a 46" Toshiba and it uses a Cablecard.

I've heard rumors that Comcast has new cablecards that can now take advantage of VOD, Pay-Per-View, etc.

But, then, all this news about True2way has come out and I'm a bit confused. If anyone can point me to a good site to find out more info I'd appreciate it.

I've tried asking Comcast, but they're oblivious to the whole thing.

Thanks in advance.
