With the trailer for How to Train Your Dragon 3 released a few days ago I decided to rewatch 2 for the millionth time (some exaggeration). I noticed near the end of the credits it said (an I'm paraphrasing) "Dolby Atmos in Select Theaters". All of the blu releases has DTS-HD MA 7.1. I was wondering how often is it for titles that presumably have an Atmos master to be released in Atmos now that more home setups are Atmos enabled.
I also noticed someone on YouTube had really pleasing 4k upscales of scenes in part 1 and part 2 (Illegally of course). Could they be waiting on part 3 buzz to swell before releasing a 4k upscale with the Atmos master? Last edited by LegendFromTroy; 06-17-2018 at 08:24 PM. Reason: Wrong Word. "It" not "I" |
