I love this movie! I actually went to see this when it was in theaters. lol It was a double feature with Misery.

I've had this on DVD for years, but its in full screen and that always bugged me. Its nice that this is getting a Blu-ray release and in its OAR.

I have seen this way more times than I should have. remember watching it on tv a lot when I was young. probably haven't seen it in 25 years though.

Toy Soldiers kicks major ass...I love "when kids fight back" movies. This one goes nicely with Fortress and Edge of Honor, but it's at the front of the class.

Can't wait to replace that horrible DVD.

Wow. I've spent a good junk of time recently cursing Sony for that whole Choice Collection crap. But they've been bouncing back in a big way lately! I'll be glad to revisit this film after a very long time.

Probably the most realistic movie ever made.

Word is that the FBI uses this for counterterrism classes at the academy in Quantico.

...it saves lives.

This movie was filmed in the Charlottesville VA area (at the Miller School). I lived in a small town in Virginia at the time (Louisa, VA) and the scene where Lou Gossett Jr is talking outside of the courthouse was filmed about a mile from my house. I remember the day they were filming there. It's always fun watching this movie and seeing that little section of our town.
