Ultraviolet app downloading problems - Blu-ray Forum

I tried number of times to download a movie in the app, so can watch it where I have no wifi access, like laundry mat...so can watch the movie....I click on download, and it is showing it is downloading, even showing the blue bar progress...but after awhile, when i check, I see it's not doing anything, and figured it is done...but when i go to the download section, says there is nothing there.

There isn't an UltraViolet App. You can use Vudu, Flixster, or FandangoNow. Are you talking about one of those?

The app is called Ultra Movie and TV, and it shows the movies I redeemed on the UltraViolet site. I guess technally it's not called UltraViolet, but it granted me access to the content...which I linked to a Sony account as instructed on the UltraViolet site.

I got them downloaded....looked like I was low on space...thoiught it was going to the SD card...still got space to clear out if I can.

The Ultra Movies app is only for playback and downloading of Sony titles. It won’t download or play titles from other studios/distributors. You can attempt download but it won’t actually do anything unless its a Sony title.

I only have 2 movies on that app, both are Sony movies. Hotel Transyvania and the Ghostbusters reboot
