I could not get Dirac Live to work with my receiver. I e-mailed Arcam and this is what they said. All Arcam Dirac calibrations should be done by an trained authorized Arcam dealer. Calibration done by a non authorized Arcam dealer may damage your speakers. What? Why? How? Are you kidding me.
