Good lord, does anyone else have a wife or girlfriend who is constantly sick?!?

And please before any of you accuse me of being an insensitive jerk, I'm not talking about real, life threatening, or debilitating illnesses here. I'm not on here to gripe (although I'm sure many will think I am).

I love my fiance' more than anything but I swear I have never met a woman in my life who constantly complains of not feeling well like she does. If it's not a headache it's back aches. If it's not that it's a sore throat. If not that it's her stomach. If not that she feels tired. If not that it's something else. We have been together for almost 2 years and looking back I don't think there's been too many days where she just felt normal. Literally almost everyday that passes she remarks about SOME part of her that is not feeling well. She's been to several doctors and none of them can find anything wrong with her.

Does this sound like someone who is a hypochondriac? Is this normal for a lot of women to constantly have issues of not feeling well? Even if doctors cannot find anything physically wrong with them? I am genuinely concerned about this and about her. I just wish something could be done to where she felt normal.
