Anyway to watch UV content on PLEX?

So I got the infamous letter from my ISP about downloading copyrighted content.
My morality issue I have, is that I own the content through UV & Vudu, but I like to shuffle my TV Shows as background noise when I work. So I also downloaded them from “other sources” as well and added them to Plex.
So far my only option is to re-purchase the content on iTunes, download the content and use a DRM Removal Tool so that I can add them to PLEX.

Is there any workflow for UV/Vudu like this?

If you own the physical discs you could rip them to a computer and add to Plex. If you're talking movies, many would get to iTunes via Movies Anywhere, but for TV shows you're out of luck on that front.
