The next batch of Shaw Bros. Hong Kong Blu-rays are coming. This time it looks like they're targeting the local market with the Stephen Chow classic, Justice, My Foot!, and the firemen drama, Lifeline, both directed by Johnnie To. Of course, they could also be cashing in on To's upcoming movie, Office, which is out next month.

This movie is crazy popular amongst Hong Kong audiences, and the first to feature the Stephen Chow/Anita Mui pairing. It's also the first of two movies he did with director, Johnnie To, with whom he had a falling out with after their next movie together, The Mad Monk. Both Chow and Mui also scored Hong Kong Film Award nominations for their performances in it. Personally, I don't think it's THAT good. I've always found Johnnie To really hit and miss with comedy.

More Johnnie To, Shaw Bros., and Hong Kong classics on Blu-ray can only be a good thing in my opinion. Keep 'em comin'!
