are import BD same PQ and AQ as USA BD? - Blu-ray Forum

Ive seen threads that peaple buying import BDs are they same PQ and AQ as the USA BD? some of the import BD titles are not available here in the US and might try getting some.

Depends upon 2 factors

1) Which Studios holds the distribution rights and whether they have access to an already existing HD master or create a new one.
2) The imports mostly feature 16-bit LPCM audio tracks to accommodate additional language tracks.
