I thought MacGruber was pretty funny. The scene with Big Show kissing that guy, then MacGruber crossing his name off the list was brilliant.

I would love to see a MacGruber 2. I love the first one. Hope Forte and Taccone find a way to make it happen.

I regret not seeing the first in theaters. Saw it on Blu-ray and found it very funny. I'd love a sequel and if it were released theatrically I'd go see it. But I think their best bet might be releasing it on Netflix. Wouldn't even cost much. It would never do well in theaters though. And I'm sure everyone knows that. Not with how much it would cost to market it. Otherwise they could do those limited fan screenings. Those always seem to attract the interested parties. Even the Rob Zombie "31" ones were selling out. Then after those screenings release it on demand and soon after DVD/Blu-ray. They'd really have nothing to lose doing it any of these ways.

Heck yeah! The first is so damn underrated. I saw it in a theater with two other people on opening night...I laughed my ass off though. I still randomly think about the graveyard sex scene and laugh.

A little Will Forte goes a long way. The best parts of Last Man On Earth were when he wasn't onscreen. I liked MacGruber, but I don't think I can stomach a series.

An ongoing series, no, but I could see it making a great limited series of like 10 episodes. I can't wait!

I will agree on LMoE. I watched the whole first season, but then lost interest. But I love Forte. A Futile and Stupid Gesture was hilarious, and I am one of the few people I know who appreciate The Brothers Solomon as the comedy masterpiece it is.

I don't think that applies here. MacGruber is less than 10 years old, so it's not nostalgia. It's a sequel that was always in discussion since the first came out, but the studio didn't want to take the chance so now they get to do it as a series.
